South Yorkhsire is being promoted as the 'Manufacturing Region of Choice'

The Sherwood Group is delighted to see that Sheffield's Master Cutler, Pam Liversidge, is trying to promote South Yorkshire as the Manufacturing Region of choice. Empty Plants and Mills are an all to frequent site throughout or region, where not so long ago the hum of machinery and  billowing smoke towers were a familiar noise  and sight throughout Sheffield there is a distinct silence. Lets hope the Government and Business’s take note of this initiative and oil the wheels of industry that have been stood still for too long!
