Exit Interviews

Allowing us, as a third party, to conduct your exit interviews will allow your staff to feel more comfortable and be able to be more forthcoming with their opinions and thoughts which will, in turn provide you with the management information you need to make any changes to your business in order to retain and attract the best and most suitable staff.
We will work with you to identify the most pertinent and relevant questions that will provide the greatest insight into the reasons why your staff resign.
